This is a limited run, micro-lot coffee from a family run farm that is situated high in the Central Andes. They produce some wonderful natural coffees that are sun-dried with gentle heat being applied during the milling process. The result is a wonderfully smooth and creamy coffee that has hints of red fruits, caramel, and apple-like acidity, balanced with a touch of brown sugar.
Jailer has dedicated his farm to the sustainable production of Natural coffees. Attaining Cup of Excellence in October 2020 Esperanza is in the process of organic Maya certification.
