These beans are grown in coffee paradise, high in the Central Colombian Andes mountains. It is here that the farmers produce a high quality, single origin Colombian coffee. This coffee is rich in flavour, with notes of red fruits, herbs, lemon, and chocolate, it is fully washed and fermented for up to 36 hours, it is then sun dried and hand – selected. Working with the Paez community ensures social and economic development.
