This is limited run of a micro lot coffee from a family run farm that is situated high in the Central Andes. They produce some wonderful natural coffees that are sun dried with gentle heat being applied during the milling process. The result is a wonderfully smooth and creamy coffee that has hints of red fruits, caramel, and apple-like acidity, balanced with a touch of brown sugar.
These coffees are traceable, sustainable, and support social enterprise. They are produced by the indigenous Paez and local Colombian farming communities. They are some of the most isolated coffee growing regions and their climate lends itself to producing an outstanding micro-lot crop.
