Lapsang Souchong


The fermented leaves are put on hot iron pans or plates and roasted for a short time to ‘seal’ the leaves. The tea is then smoked over sustainable exotic woods – rich in resin. The unmistakable smokey flavour is what makes Lapsang a real marmite of teas!
