Our Loyalty Points are called ‘Beans’.

How do I join the loyalty point program?

How do I earn Points?

  • Existing account holders will have 100 Beans added to their account.
  • New account openers will receive 100 Beans for creating a profile.
  • Beans collected vary depending on the product.
  • Leave a product review and receive 50 Beans.
  • Registered your Birthday? Receive 100 Beans on your Birthday.
  • Products marked  Double Beans Reward  have twice the amount of beans awarded than category standard.

How can I check my Bean balance?

  • Log in to your account, go to ‘My Account’ where you can view your balance in the ‘Bean Count’ section.

Do my Beans expire?

  • Beans remain valid whilst the program is active.

If I use a Gift Card can I earn points?

  • Beans may only be collected for Gift Card purchase not Gift Card redemption.

1000 Beans = £1 GBP exc. VAT (where applicable).

  • We offer a customer loyalty program.
  • Our Loyalty Points are called Beans.
  • Q3 2024. This program is currently being rolled out across the site and is in a Beta stage.
  • Points rewards vary from product to product and reward point values are quoted within the product pages for those products that qualify for this scheme.
  • Beans redemption value is currently set to 1000 Beans = £1 excluding VAT where applicable.
  • Beans are non-transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to change the terms of the loyalty program or to withdraw its availability at any time, without specific notice to you.
