Once we have completed your order, you will receive an order complete email. You will then be able to collect your order from our warehouse at:

Orders under £40 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class.
All Royal Mail parcels are sent via 1st Class (Tracked) so please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
Next Day Courier
Next day courier services are shipped daily (Monday to Friday). Please order before 12pm on the day before to qualify for next working day (Monday – Friday) delivery. Providing a correct email and phone number will allow us to provide tracking information from the appointed courier.
Parcels qualifying for 1st class tracked within Zone 1 or Next Day shipping within Zones 1 & 2 of the Bury St Edmunds EcoCarriers delivery area will receive delivery via this network.
