Fabian is a fourth generation producer. “My father Álvaro Acevedo was the one who got me involved in coffee, motivating me to learn more about quality.” Alvaro started learning more about fermentation and processing, and achieved positive results and higher coffee quality.

The family began this journey in 2006, when they produced clean washed coffee with lots of room to improve. In 2013 they started modifying their fermentation practices with good results. Finally, after many years of tenacious work, they saw a big boost in quality in 2018.

    Lots of jammy flavours and the sweetest coffee I have ever tried. A good every day bean that tastes like you expect coffee to taste but has plenty to keep you interested.
