Water temp: 95°C
Brewing time: 5 mins
The fermented leaves are put on hot iron pans or plates and roasted for a short time to ‘seal’ the leaves. The tea is then smoked over sustainable exotic woods that are rich in resin. The result is a spicy smoky flavour.
