MATCHA POWDER

The tea shrubs are kept in the shade before plucking in order to increase their chlorophyll content.

This finely powdered Matcha offers a robust character with lots of volume and the authentic acerbity of typical green teas. The bowl turns moss green in colour, with a strong and fresh bouquet as well as a slight tartness in the aftertaste.

Preparation Instructions:

  • Quantity: 3 level teaspoons per litre of water or 1.5g/180ml steamed milk
  • Water temp: 80°C
  • Brewing time: 1-3 mins
