Silveria Quispe Apaza tells us: My Father worked these lands 60 years ago, he has cultivated cassava and coffee. Now I live with my Mother and continue to grow coffee, I also grow beans, we practice minka in the community, community work and ayni, we preserve the wildlife like the Spectacled Bear in the Manu national park, we also grow avocado, uncucha (jungle potato), yucca and with the support of environmental experts we practice sustainable agriculture, practice selective harvesting, good fermentation, adequate washing, good drying in pallets, stone floors and good storage, to have good quality in the cup.
