La Margarita is located in the tropical zone of Carmen Alto, one of the most representative coffee-growing areas within La Convención. Sitting at 1900 MASL, the farm benefits from warm daytime temperatures balanced by cool nights, creating ideal conditions for coffee.

With a total area of 3.5 hectares, the farm focuses on careful lot separation and slow, controlled post-harvest practices, allowing high-quality varieties such as Geisha to fully express their potential.

    Having used my Bean points to try the Peru Geisha for the first time I can certainly see why it’s described as ‘Exceptional’. It really is a delicious, smooth cup of coffee. So good, I immediately ordered some more! As always, the Butterworth’s team were helpful in providing a prompt turnaround with my order for collection.
