Sourced from Cusco in Peru, this coffee has been decaffeinated by a chemical-free water process. Cocla has 21 cooperatives located 5 hours from the city of Cusco. Sacred Valley is the only place in the world for the production and conservation of Andean grains, it has its warehouses in the rocks 1800 meters above sea level and can reach snow-capped peaks of up to more than 4000 meters above sea level.

Hard to identify a change in taste from a regular caffeinated coffee, I’ve used this in the Aeropress and espresso machine and it has a lovely rounded flavour. Would recommend.
